Hello! I’m Mailli, and I am a junior receptionist at The Four B’s Boutique. I work on Saturdays and some evenings, and I’ve been part of the team since June 2024.
I truly enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the salon and feel lucky to be part of such an amazing group. It’s wonderful to see clients walk in one way and leave feeling like a million pounds!!
I’m excited to start college soon as I pursue my dream of becoming a child psychologist, and I plan to continue working at The Four B’s while I study.

Hello, I’m Mia, Kirsty’s daughter. You may see me working at the reception from time to time. This September, I’ll be heading to York University to study mental health nursing. However, during my breaks from university I’ll be back home and working at my mum’s salon.
My role at the reception of the Four B’s has significantly enhanced my work ethic. Balancing appointments, managing payments, and ensuring client satisfaction has underscored the importance of staying organised. I genuinely enjoy engaging with the diverse clientele that visits the salon. It’s not just about communication; it’s about fostering connections. These relationships allow me to better understand customers’ needs and preferences, enabling me to provide them with the best possible experience.
